Ricardo Jefferson started Phillygardenswap two years ago to help gardeners exchange extra plants and gardening advice. The last swap of the growing season will be held this Sunday from 9-2 at the High Point Cafe on Cresheim Road in Philadelphia’s Mt. Airy neighborhood during the cafe’s 2-year anniversary party.
